Business Unit (MBTMY) KPIs & Reports

  • Collect all KPIs and reports related to the Business Units , Local Management or Head Office - Home of Tech
  • Prepare all required reports for internal and external purpose.
  • Analyze and check reports in terms of quality.
Provide input/suggestions to MBTMY management based on the KPIs and reports.
MBTMY Projects/Priorities/Target Agreements * Coordinate the identification and decision for Cross Functional Projects/Priorities and Target Agreements with strategic relevance in MBTMY
  • Monitor the progress of all MBTMY priorities and tasks.
  • Discus and present the project status to MBTMY Management on regular basis.
Monitor and evaluate the implementation of the priorities/tasks. Escalate to MBTMY Management if necessary.
MBMTY Events, Meeting and Presentation * Prepare and coordinate MBTMY events & meetings
  • Assist MBTMY management in preparing presentations for the meetings.
  • Discuss and communicate with internal and external parties related to MBTMY events & meetings.
Conduct MBTMY events and ensure that budget is not exceeded
MBTMY Newsletter/internal communication * Prepare and collect information and material for internal newsletter/communication
  • Check and ensure that all articles are feasible to be communicated
Monitor the newsletter/information distribution within MBTMY, MBTI or Home of Tech
Qualifications
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years' working experience in a related field is required.
Education in Business Administration, Project Management or related industry
Experience
  • Strong understanding of governance frameworks and strategic planning.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills for senior stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
  • MP or Agile certifications are an advantage.

  • Compile and provide all KPIs and reports related to MBTMY Car EOO performance.
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects with strategic relevance across MBTMY Car EOO and Home of Tech Car EOO.
  • Monitor progress of priorities/projects and target agreements for MBTMY Car EOO.
  • Prepare, organize, and facilitate MBTMY Car EOO events, presentations, and meetings at Head of Department level.
  • Coordinate and provide internal media material for newsletters and internal communication channels.
  • Support budget planning and monitor spending during the period.
  • Enhance strategic communication by crafting compelling narratives and executive-level presentations for the leadership team.
  • Develop dashboards and visual reports using advanced tools (Power BI, Tableau) for storytelling and decision-making.
Act as a liaison between PMO and leadership team; facilitate workshops and portfolio reviews to ensure alignment with business objectives.
