We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive PMO-Project and Service Manager to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with the ability to support service delivery and enhance operational efficiency.

Skills required & JD

• Demands management, prioritization.
• CV assessment.
• Clarification w agency, cdd, HM.
• Send qualified CV to HM and RT.
• Backfill int scheduling if required.
• Chase for int Feedbacks / flag ambiguous feedbacks.
• Reassess failed profiles for another suitable demand.
• Weekly cadence with Agency, TA, Practices.
• Attend Allianz daily cadence.
• Negotiation with HM on cdd acceptances, assisted by PL.
• Work with TA on CDD negotiations for closure, if required.
• Prepare reports.
• Team/client management.
