WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Responsible for providing after-sales support to policy-related administrative processes such as new business, renewals, and change request from individual policy holder for Hong Kong Market.

s:

Handle policy holders' requests mainly on policy maintenance and change requests such as Change of Address, Beneficiary, Ownership, Conversion of Policy and etc.

Handle email inquiry from Agent about request/cases received.

Ensure that the agreed Individual processing Turn Around Times (TAT) are met or exceeded.

Ensure that the quality, including presentation and accuracy of service provided, meet or exceed our customer and business partners' expectations.

Ensure that the productivity meet or exceed defined minimum performance standards.

Ensure that the tardiness meet the benchmark.

Job Requirements:

Education: Bachelor Degree in Business Management field or equivalent

Experience: Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply

Language: Able to read and write in English and Chinese (Mandarin), proficiency in Cantonese is additional advantage

Self-motivated and customer orientated

Sound problem solving

Time management skills

Computer literate in MS Office

Able to commit for long working hour including weekend and public holiday
