Issue and endorse processing for all products Responsible for Policy/Endorsement issuance?and any other functions within Policy Processing within the set SLA Follow up with Business Units/Branches on incomplete documentation/information for policy/endorsement issuance Promptly respond to Business Unit/Branches inquiries relating to Policy Servicing matters. Ensure compliance with SOP/regulatory guidelines/company policies. To perform testing on new products/enhancements to be implemented To attend to inquiries from customers (internal/external) Counter related: To attend to walk-in customers/intermediaries' inquiries/requests as per the agreed service level. Handle complaints by walk-in customer over-the-counter Any other matters/tasks assigned when required.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
