Job Description
:
- Responsible for day-to-day maintenance activities of the IT application including health checks, troubleshooting application issues, providing work around and resolving critical issues quickly in adherence to the Business SLAs
- Responsible for identifying root cause analysis and providing permanent code fixes to repeating issues
- Responsible for addressing business users service request and Ad Hoc queries
- 6+ years of IT experience with minimum 3 years of experience on application support activities in PolisyAsia Product
- AS400 RPGCOBOL400 expertise with 3- 5 years hands-on technical skills
- Prior experience in Production support projects
- P&C/Commercial Insurance domain experience is highly preferred.
- SUPRA database knowledge is Good to have
- REXX, Easytrieve, Assembler is "nice to have.
