Must be able to lift or carry a minimum of 50 pounds, unassisted, in the performance of specific tasks assigned.
Must be willing to work outdoors in seasonal heat or cold inclement weather.
Ability to communicate effectively with guests all levels of employees.
Previous Pool Attendant experience preferred.
Must be able to stand and walk throughout majority of shift.
Working conditions may include extreme temperatures and sun exposure.
Any licenses or certifications required by the position: CPR, LPC, AED, CA, C.A.R.E, TABC (if any).

Responsibilities
Pool attendant provides assistance to owners and guests of the pool facility in hotel.
Proactively look for guest service opportunities, and take ownership of requests.
Maintain a professional and positive attitude in difficult situations.
To respond to guest inquiries on pool activities and timing.
Enforce ALL facility policies and rules room rules & policies.
Break down and setting up of all pool equipment, chaise lounges, umbrellas.
To ensure that you pay attention to personal hygiene and cleanliness and that you and your area are always well presented and groomed to the hotel & departmental standards (outstanding Impression).
Rescue distressed persons by using rescue techniques and equipments.
You will be constantly interacting with all guests in the pool deck and monitoring guests' safety in pool.
