Role Purpose :

To ensure safe, timely, and professional transportation services for company executives, guests, and general operational needs. To maintain the operational readiness and cleanliness of company vehicles, ensuring compliance with inspection and maintenance schedules. To provide reliable and efficient delivery and dispatch services for documents, equipment, and stock across various company divisions and nationwide locations.

:

Driver, Fleet Support & Logistics Support Transport Board of Directors, Management, and their guests. Serve as a replacement driver when required. Operate as a pool driver for general company needs. Clean and maintain 8 company vehicles (interior and exterior). Coordinate scheduled maintenance for 8 vehicles. Manage PUSPAKOM inspections for retail trucks and MSP vehicles. Oversee nationwide vehicle inspections. Schedule weekly car washes and inspections for 6 vehicles. Manage EV charging schedules for electric vehicles Dispatch finance and division documents to banks and local authorities. Deliver documents to Board of Directors and Head of Group. Deliver F&B and stationery stocks nationwide. Handle POSM deliveries and shuttle services. Support events, BCM activities, and facilities equipment delivery. Manage fleet document delivery nationwide.

Responsibilities:

Managing tight schedules and last-minute changes. Maintaining high standards of professionalism and confidentiality. Navigating traffic and route planning efficiently. Coordinating multiple vehicle schedules without disrupting operations. Ensuring compliance with regulatory inspections and standards. Managing EV charging logistics and availability. Ensuring timely delivery across diverse locations. Handling sensitive and urgent documents securely. Coordinating logistics during peak operational periods or events.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,800.00 per month

STM/STPM (Preferred)
Experience:

Pool driver: 3 years (Preferred)
