As a Sales and Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing existing accounts, and driving marketing campaigns to support the growth of the company. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs, provide technical support, and offer training to ensure they get the most value from our products/services. Additionally, you will spearhead our digital marketing efforts to increase our online presence and attract new customers.

Key Responsibilities:
Achieve Sales Targets:
Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company.
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities while managing existing client accounts.
Customer Relationship Management:
Provide exceptional customer service support, including responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both current and potential clients.
Marketing and Promotional Activities:
Assess customer needs and suggest suitable marketing and promotional activities to drive product/service adoption.
Collaborate with the team to develop marketing strategies that align with customer demands.
Customer Database Management:
Build and maintain a comprehensive database of existing and potential customers to drive sales opportunities.
Keep records of client interactions and track follow-ups for future business development.
Technical Support and Product Training:
Provide technical support and product knowledge to customers, ensuring they understand the features and benefits of our offerings.
Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for customers to ensure they are equipped to use our products effectively.
Digital Marketing Leadership:
Lead digital marketing initiatives, including content creation, social media marketing, email marketing, and online advertising campaigns.
Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, optimizing campaigns for maximum effectiveness.
Skills:
Strong sales acumen with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Video editing and visual design is a bonus.
Knowledge of digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, email marketing tools).

Education:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
