• Proven experience managing a packing or logistics team, preferably in a printing environment.
• Possess at least Diploma/Degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administrator or a related field is a plus, and also fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong understanding of packaging materials, methods, and best practices.
• Ability to analyze and solve operational problems quickly and effectively.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality standards.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills and ability to lead a team.
• Proficiency in both Mandarin and English is often required
• Good Attitude, Fast Learner, Willing to learn and perform task within the deadline.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning & Operations Management: Develop and implement efficient packing strategies for POSM to meet client deadlines and quality standards. Oversee end-to-end POSM packing processes, ensuring compliance with client requirements and branding guidelines.
• Quality Assurance & Compliance: Establish and enforce quality control measures to ensure all packed POSMs are free from defects and meet specifications. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during packing and handling.
• Inventory & Resource Management: Manage inventory levels of POSMs and packing materials, ensuring sufficient stock for scheduled deliveries. Coordinate with warehouse and procurement teams for material planning and replenishments.
• Team Leadership & Staff Development: Manage staff scheduling and allocate tasks based on workload and priorities. Lead and supervise the packing team, including supervisors and staff, to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Logistics & Coordination: Collaborate with logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of POSMs to clients and retail locations.
• Problem-Solving & Risk Management: Address operational issues such as packing errors, inventory discrepancies, or shipment delays. Develop contingency plans to mitigate risks related to supply chain disruptions or urgent client requests.
• Reporting & Performance Analysis: Prepare regular reports on packing efficiency, material usage, and delivery timelines. Analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
