Job Scope: \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for managing patient\'s information \xe2\x80\xa2 To arrange staff nurse and patient\'s schedule \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for assessment of care needs of patients \xe2\x80\xa2 To assist the patients in taking the prescribed medications and make sure that the patients are following all the instructions given by the doctors \xe2\x80\xa2 To provide a report to the Nephrologist (NIC), Doctor (PIC) and National Renal Registry (NRR). \xe2\x80\xa2 To Guide the staff Assistant Medical Officer (AMO), staff Nurse (SN) and Dialysis Technician ((TA). \xe2\x80\xa2 To help management center. \xe2\x80\xa2 To sure center always tidy and clean. BP Renal Care Sdn Bhd is established in the year 1999 by Dr. Kee Swee Ann, a consultant in Internal Medicine Nephrologist. The institution is dedicated to care for patients with end-stage renal disease. The not-for-profit company, which operates 6 dialysis centers across Johor region, serves more than 400 patients currently. Besides, the company is also actively involved in corporate social responsibilities (CSR) works related in conserving the environment and giving donation to NGOs like National Kidney Foundation and MAKNA. Objective of the Organization The primary objective of the company is to provide the dialysis therapy for renal failure patients. We aim to satisfy our patient\xe2\x80\x99s demand for product performance, safety and stable supply.
