What you\xe2\x80\x99ll do:

As a Post Producer, you\xe2\x80\x99ll collaborate with agency producers and creatives in tracking editorial and animation projects to ensure they are on schedule and budget. The primary focus of this role is to ensure timely delivery and smooth operation of in-house productions.

Day-to-day, your role includes:

\xef\x82\xb7Create estimates for all internal post-production needs

\xef\x82\xb7Work with agency producer and post group manager to coordinate editorial sessions and reviews.

\xef\x82\xb7Help oversee edits and ensure delivery of all content assets, working closely with producers, graphic artists and editors during the post process

\xef\x82\xb7Post producing jobs as needed

\xef\x82\xb7Manage budgets, schedule shoots for a variety of projects

\xef\x82\xb7Support the agency producer and post group manager in all aspects of production, from pitch to completion

\xef\x82\xb7Work with agency producer to ensure that all rights and clearances are properly pursued and secured

\xef\x82\xb7Track actuals to ensure work is within budget and overages are quoted as needed

Qualifications

We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for strong, impactful work experience, which typically includes:

\xef\x82\xb7Four-year degree or equivalent post experience

\xef\x82\xb73-5 years of post production experience

\xef\x82\xb7Experience with digital production or in a digital agency preferred

\xef\x82\xb7Creativity and innovative problem solving skills required

\xef\x82\xb7Process-oriented, extremely organized

\xef\x82\xb7Ability to balance multiple, competing directions and manage multiple projects simultaneously, adaptive to rapidly changing schedules

\xef\x82\xb7Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

\xef\x82\xb7General Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud Suite

\xef\x82\xb7Upbeat positive attitude and ability to adapt in an ever-changing environment
