Customer Support and Issue Resolution
Develop a solid understanding of the company's products and services. Identify the appropriate departments to assist with client inquiries, guide clients to the right support channels, and ensure timely issue resolution.
Market Insight and Cross-Selling
Analyze customer feedback and post-sales interactions to identify market trends and client needs. Proactively recommend additional products or solutions that align with customer goals to create new business opportunities.
Data Collection and Business Analysis
Gather, organize, and verify data from multiple sources. Conduct analysis and prepare reports that provide actionable insights to support management decisions and improve post-sales operations.
Qualifications
Required language(s): English and Chinese (Mandarin) both written and oral
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, economics, or in any other related business discipline.
At least 1-3 years' experience in related industry
Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Able to work independently, meet deadlines, and stay self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability
Capable of handling pressure and multitasking effectively
