Job Description

Must have related education in Islamic Finance. i. Responsible for explore, collect and consolidate industry and academic data from database (e.g. Reuters Eikon, Bankscope, Bloomberg, Data stream, Survey Monkey) and other relevant sources. ii. Analyze and interpret data using data analysis tools. iii. Preparation of research reports for the presentations. iv. Communicate and handle information requests. v. Meet with management team of issuers, conduct onsite visits and attend industry conferences. vi. Provide administrative support as required. vii. Develop and maintain financial models, market monitoring systems and databases. viii. Collaborate resources to complete research plan. ix. Present research results at meetings and engage in result publication. x. Attend research seminars and research new articles at Principal Investigator\xe2\x80\x99s request. xi. Review literature and analyze data. xii. Communicate ideas and results with members. xiii. Understand relevant scientific literature. xiv. Develop figures and manuscripts for publications. xv. Other responsibilities as assigned.
NCEIF was set up by Bank Negara Malaysia in 2005 and has been mandated to develop and nurture talent and experts in the Islamic financial services industry. As a university, INCEIF offers postgraduate studies in Islamic finance.
