The Role
The Role
As the core bridge between customer success and product teams, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth customer implementation and success:
Customer Project Implementation

• Lead system configuration, data migration, and integration implementation for new customers
• Design and execute customer onboarding plans to ensure a successful go-live
• Coordinate internal technical resources to resolve implementation challenges
• Establish best practices and standardized processes for customer adoption

Technical Support & Training

• Provide product training and technical guidance to customers
• Resolve technical issues encountered during customer usage
• Create and maintain customer training materials and technical documentation
• Conduct regular customer health checks and optimization recommendations

Customer Success Management

• Monitor customer usage patterns, identify expansion opportunities, and risk factors
• Collect customer feedback and provide feature improvement suggestions to the product team
• Assist with renewal negotiations, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
• Build long-term customer relationships to drive business growth

Ideal Profile
Requirements
Essential Qualifications

• Experience: 2-5 years in customer success, technical support, or project implementation
• Industry Background: B2B SaaS, FinTech, or enterprise software preferred
• Technical Skills: Familiar with system integration, API connections, and SaaS implementation experience
• Communication: Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and business teams, with customer training capabilities
• Language: Fluent English reading and writing, able to read technical documentation, and participate in international meetings
• Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with financial systems, ERP, or accounting software implementation
• Project management certifications (PMP/PRINCE2, etc.)
• Experience serving international customers, understanding of US enterprise IT environments
• Data analysis capabilities, familiar with SQL or other analytical tools
