Overview:

Our client, a leading global logistics and supply chain organization, is seeking a

Power BI Data Analyst

to join their

Contract Logistics Center of Excellence (CoE)

. This position is part of a technical services team that provides business intelligence (BI) expertise and analytical support for warehouse management and logistics operations across multiple regions.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in

Power BI

, data modeling, and reporting, with proven experience in managing BI applications and collaborating with business and IT stakeholders to deliver actionable insights and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage, maintain, and enhance BI applications (Power BI, Cognos, Jasper). Design, develop, and deploy Power BI dashboards and reports aligned with business requirements. Collaborate with regional and central teams to gather, analyze, and validate reporting needs. Create, optimize, and maintain data models to improve performance and scalability. Troubleshoot and resolve BI-related issues and incidents. Support business and IT teams in data analysis and BI project implementation. Coordinate BI system updates, upgrades, and performance tuning activities. Document BI standards, data management procedures, and best practices. Provide user training and ongoing support to enhance BI adoption and usage. Manage BI-related projects involving internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in

Computer Science, Information Technology

, or a related field.

5+ years

of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or data visualization roles. Strong hands-on experience with

Power BI

(including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling). Proficiency in

SQL

and experience connecting various data sources. Familiarity with other BI tools such as

Cognos, Qlik, or Tableau

is an advantage. Experience with

warehouse management systems (WMS)

, particularly

Manhattan MAWM SaaS

, is a plus. Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Strong communication and collaboration abilities. Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver results within deadlines.

Pay: RM7,500.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
