Job Description

As an PowerPlatform Solution Architect in the Life Science industry, you will design and implement innovative technology solutions to enhance operational efficiency. This role focuses on leveraging RPA (Automation Anywhere, Power Automate) and PowerPlatform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate) to streamline processes and deliver measurable outcomes.

• Interpret business requirements and transform them into scalable automation solutions leveraging RPA tools (e.g., Automation Anywhere, Power Automate Desktop) and Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
• Architect and design end-to-end automation workflows and cross-platform integration strategies
• Produce technical documentation, diagrams, and visual models to illustrate solution architecture and process flows
• Communicate and simplify technical concepts and design decisions for business stakeholders
• Ensure all solutions comply with enterprise architecture frameworks and governance standards
• Drive the adoption of agentic automation principles, including autonomous agents, orchestration mechanisms, and decision-making logic
• Assess, implement, and optimize AI-powered agents to enhance task automation, workflow efficiency, and user interaction
• Keep up-to-date with Microsoft's roadmap, automation advancements, and emerging technologies
• Identify and recommend opportunities to elevate automation through AI, machine learning, and low-code/no-code approaches
• Partner with business units to capture requirements, refine problem statements, and propose automation initiatives
• Present solution concepts, prototypes, and designs for stakeholder validation and approval
• Build and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to define requirements and provide technical expertise
• Share solution proposals, project updates, and deployment support strategies
• Coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams including developers, testers, and business representatives
• Define and document test plans, scenarios, and acceptance criteria
• Oversee testing efforts to validate functional and non-functional requirements
• Provide support throughout UAT and production deployment phases

A successful PowerPlatform Solution Architect should have:

• Hands-on experience (Min. 5 years) with RPA platforms (e.g., Automation Anywhere, Power Automate Desktop) and Microsoft Power Platform
• Solid knowledge of automation architecture, data modeling, and system integration methods
• Background in project management with exposure to agile delivery practices
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Professional certifications in RPA or Microsoft Power Platform
• Experience working with Cloud services, APIs, and enterprise-level integrations
• Lean Six Sigma or project management certification
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Microsoft credentials such as PL-400/600/900
