PP - Pegawai Penilai (Culinary Assessor) -- Kolej Kemahiran Kedah (KKK), Sungai Petani

Openings: 2 positions (Culinary)

Location: Sungai Petani, Kedah (onsite; some weekend/assessment days)

Onboarding: 1-month job training at Kolej Kemahiran Pahang (Mentakab)

Interview: In person or online (Google Meet) available for outstation candidates

About the role

As PP (Culinary) you'll plan and conduct assessments aligned to NOSS, manage candidate evidence, and co-design WIM with trainers.

What you'll do

Prepare assessment plans, instruments & schedules (theory/practical). Conduct fair & valid assessments; gather/verify evidence. Maintain assessment records, reports, and continuous improvement logs. Coordinate with TP & PPD on sampling, moderation & audit readiness. Brief students on assessment criteria and feedback for improvement.
Must-have

SKM Tahap 3-4+ (Culinary) or equivalent; VTO; PP induction (or in-progress). Solid knowledge of NOSS/COCU, assessment principles, and WIM. Admin discipline: documentation, filing, and simple data tracking.
Nice-to-have

Experience as chef assessor/examiner; HACCP/ISO; prior PB (Pusat Bertauliah) exposure.
Package & perks

Salary/Fees:
- Full-time: RM [1,800-2,800] / month (experience-based), or

- Contract: Industry standard (negotiable)

Statutory contributions (full-time), training/upskilling support.
Ringkasan (BM)

Peranan PP (Kulinari): Rancang & laksana penilaian ikut NOSS, urus bukti calon, dan bina WIM bersama pengajar. Lokasi Sungai Petani, latihan kerja 1 bulan di KKP Mentakab, temuduga online tersedia.
