Job Description

1. JOB OVERVIEW

plays a role in ensuring that manufacturing processes run smoothly and efficiently. They coordinate and manage

production schedules, inventory, and resources to meet delivery deadlines while optimizing costs and maintaining

quality standards.

2. AUTHORITIES

2.1 Production Scheduling: Authority to create, adjust, and approve production schedules within agreed timelines

and capacity constraints.

2.2 Material Requisition: Authority to raise and approve material requisition requests to ensure timely availability

of raw materials and components.

2.3 Inventory Control: Authority to monitor inventory levels and approve stock replenishment within set limits

to avoid stockouts or overstocking.

2.4 Reporting: Authority to prepare and submit production reports and performance updates to management.

3. SKILL

3.1 Strong organizational and time-management skills

3.2 Proficiency with production planning software and MRP systems

3.3 Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.

3.4 Good communication and coordination skills

3.5 Understanding of manufacturing processes and supply chain management.

3.6 Leadership skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
