Requirements

• Degree in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in the related field.
• Knowledge of marketing and sensitivity to buyer and investor market.
• Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Mandarin (written and verbal) will be an added advantage.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights
• Knowledge of RM (Customer Relationship Management) systems and marketing automation tools is a plus
• Team player with a pleasant personality and able to demonstrate initiative, resourcefulness, attention to details, and ability to work independently

• Comprehensive plans to enhance the company\'s brand image, increase visibility, and promote its products or services. This includes setting goals, identifying target audiences, and determining the most effective marketing channels.
• Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers. Write press releases, pitches, and other media materials to generate positive media coverage. Handle media inquiries and manage crisis communications when necessary.
• Develop engaging content for various marketing channels, including website, social media platforms, newsletters, and blog posts. Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure consistent messaging and brand voice.
• Oversee digital marketing campaigns, including search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), social media advertising, email marketing, and content marketing. Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize results.
• Ensure the company\'s brand identity is consistent across all marketing materials and communication channels. Develop brand guidelines, monitor brand perception, and recommend strategies to enhance brand recognition and loyalty.
• Plan and coordinate promotional events, trade shows, conferences, and sponsorships. Collaborate with event organizers, manage logistics, and represent the company at industry gatherings.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive analysis, and customer preferences. Use data-driven insights to guide marketing strategies and make informed decisions.
• Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and tracking expenses to achieve desired outcomes within budgetary constraints.
• If applicable, supervise a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations. Foster a collaborative and creative work environment.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of PR and marketing campaigns. Prepare regular reports and presentations for management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommended improvements.
• To undertake all other ad-hoc tasks assigned by or to the department and/or assigned by Management from time to time.
