Job Description

You have heard the words \'dynamic\' self-starter all rounder\', but we are looking for a modern PR and brand marketeer executive. You have the interest and some experience and desire to grow in today\'s integrated communications world, where news items, press releases, case studies, product placement, and social media activity are all rolled into one. You will be the key to helping to manage your client\'s reputation and profile, telling their story and garnering press coverage, and managing press events Fluid copywriting in English and BM with marketing and report writing, social media, event management and client liaison skills. Your personality and industry knowledge means you possess the aptitude to build a network of influencers and press commentators. Industry contacts are beneficial. Your day to day will look like: Job Scope:

• Go-to person for the client by staying up to date on the client\'s business and be someone the client can
• Develop impactful strategies and plans to meet client objectives and deliver optimal results.
• Implement initiatives that are aimed at achieving maximum coverage / visibility for clients across various media platforms
• Supporting the senior team members in developing communication plans and proposals based on client\xe2\x80\x99s requirements
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to support the senior team to develop quality materials such as press releases, messages etc.
• Stay updated on social media trends and build relationships with key influencers and content creators.
• Identify media trends, new cycles and opportunities that will assist in pushing out media initiatives for clients.
• Identifying, cultivating and managing relationships between key media titles [editors and journalists] with agency and client.
• Measuring performance and value of PR initiatives and media coverage.
• Effectively participates in brainstorms and add to the development of campaign ideas
• Provides insights into key trends in client industries and creates story ideas that generate coverage and engagement.
• An effective team player that creates an inclusive working environment that welcomes opinions, ideas and suggestions from all sources.
• Help the senior team members in providing on the job training to junior team members and delegate tasks with intended timelines and clear expectations of outcomes.
• Provide continuous constructive feedback, and keep immediate supervisors briefed on team member performance ensuring recognition of good performance and resolution of concerns in a timely manner.

Requirements

• 2 years and above working experience.
• Excellent written and oratory skills in English & BM. Mandarin is extremely advantageous
• Experience in PR (both traditional and digital channels as well as Influencer Management.
• Possess strong media, KOL and content creator relations.
• Highly meticulous and strong executional abilities.
• Strong work ethics and performance-driven
• Enjoys a fast-paced environment

• Team Player who enjoys learning and also guiding others
• Agency experience is preferred
• Graduates with relevant degrees in the arts, media or public relations are desirable.

This role is open to Residents of Malaysia and individuals with valid Resident status in Malaysia. Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month Benefits:
