Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for organizing and managing every aspect of weddings, private
events, corporate events and festivities.
Conceptualizing theme ideas, planning budgets, liaising with suppliers and
internal dept leaders.
Manage event timelines, logistics and manpower, ensuring that all deadlines
are met and events run smoothly
Assist in providing ideas on festive decorations
Posting of events and pictures on E-commerce website and social media
platforms. E.g., Facebook, Instagram & Tiktok.
Any other task that assigned to you from time to time.

Requirements:

A graduate with a Diploma / Degree in Mass Communications, Marketing or a
related field
Relevant working experience in a similar industry
Good communication skills in both oral & written
Possess good negotiation and problem-solving skills
Good understanding of marketing funnel to evaluate the effectiveness of
campaigns & A team player that able to multi-task
Must have Diploma or above in Sales & Marketing or Event Management
or equivalent.
Minimum 1 years and above of working experience in Sales & Marketing
or Event Management field.
Computer literate and willing to work Overtime.
Customer-oriented, multi-tasking and able to work independently and under
pressure.
Good in presentation skill and with public speaking skill and good
communication and interpersonal skill.
Possess own vehicle and driving license (Class D) and willing to travel.
