Role Overview
As the Public Relations and Growth Strategy Lead, you will be a key driver in shaping the organization\'s public image while concurrently developing and implementing strategic initiatives to drive growth. This role requires a unique blend of public relations expertise and a strategic mindset to align PR efforts with overarching business objectives and contribute to the company\'s expansion.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated PR and growth strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Identify opportunities to leverage PR initiatives for business expansion and brand growth.
• Lead the PR team, providing guidance and oversight on communication strategies.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with media, influencers, and key stakeholders.
• Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscapes to inform growth plans.
• Oversee the creation of compelling content for press releases, articles, and other communication channels.
• Serve as a spokesperson for the organization, effectively communicating key messages.
• Manage relationships with media outlets, industry partners, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor and measure the success of campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, product development, and other teams to align PR efforts with overall business strategies.

• Bachelor\'s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Business, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in public relations with a focus on growth strategy, with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
