Pre Admission Officer
Job Description
Managing and arranging pre-admission procedures for patients, including patient management and financial coverage.
Securing initial guarantee letters for patients' treatments, ensuring consultants complete insurance pre-admission forms.
Communicating with patients about insurance coverage, entitlements, and managing their financial expectations.
Coordinating pre-admission investigations as required by consultants, ensuring tests are completed before surgery.
Informing patients of estimated treatment costs and reporting cases needing financial aid.
Advising patients on accepted payment methods and preparing accurate treatment quotations, particularly for Radiotherapy.
Responding promptly to business-related inquiries via WhatsApp.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
