Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in pre-sales, sales support, technical consulting, or customer-facing roles.
• Proven ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Comfortable conducting product demonstrations and presentations.
• Strong appointment-setting skills with the ability to engage prospects professionally.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a natural ability to build rapport with clients.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Understanding of B2B sales processes and buyer journeys.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Klang Valley.

Responsibilities

• Proactively reach out to prospects and schedule qualified meetings with decision-makers.
• Research client needs and prepare tailored meeting agendas that address their specific pain points.
• Manage your appointment calendar efficiently to maximize client touchpoints.
• Conduct engaging platform demonstrations that showcase how our solutions solve real business problems.
• Customize presentations to align with each client's industry, workflow, and objectives.
• Answer technical questions with confidence and clarity during client meetings.
• Work hand-in-hand with Sales Account Managers to develop winning strategies for each opportunity.
• Provide technical insights that strengthen proposals and accelerate deal cycles.
• Participate in client meetings to provide solution expertise and build credibility.
• Gather feedback and insights that help refine our approach and offerings.
• Maintain strong follow-up to keep opportunities moving forward.
