Job Description

To ensure that the quality of Teaching & Learning services rendered are in line with the T&L Framework (TLF), the Teacher Competency Standards (TCS) and the annual KPIs established for the Pre U Division at BAC EG.


To plan & deploy learning strategies in line with the TLF & TCS established which will ensure high academic standards set for students of BACEG.

To plan and deploy assessments in line with the requirements of both internal and external examination boards which ensures high quality graduates.


. To deploy CQI initiatives and improve academic performance.

Job Requirements

o Bachelor's degree in relevant subject area + Diploma in Education/PGCE equivalent or



o Master's degree in relevant subject area



Cumulative 5 years relevant teaching experience in a government or private education institution.
