1. Core Job Purpose
To oversee all operational, technical, and administrative aspects of the precast concrete production plant, ensuring quality, efficiency, safety, and timely delivery in line with project schedules and company standards.

2. Key Responsibilities
Production & Operations
Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily precast production (beams, slabs, walls, culverts, etc.).
Optimize plant output and ensure consistent quality.
Implement preventive maintenance schedules for molds, batching plants, and lifting equipment.
Quality Control
Ensure compliance with MS ISO, QLASSIC, CIDB, ASTM, BS EN, or JKR standards.
Oversee cube testing, mix designs, curing processes, and dimensional accuracy.
Liaise with consultants or clients for product approval and inspection.
People & Process Management
Lead and train supervisors, batching operators, and yard workers.
Ensure workforce discipline, safety, and productivity.
Coordinate with project managers on delivery schedules and site requirements.
Cost & Resource Control
Manage raw material inventory, wastage control, and production cost efficiency.
Approve material requisitions, monitor cement, aggregates, and admixtures usage.
Health, Safety & Environment
Enforce OSHA and DOSH compliance within plant operations.
Ensure proper lifting, storage, and stacking procedures.
Conduct toolbox meetings and safety briefings.
Reporting & Coordination
Prepare daily and monthly production reports, KPI tracking, and downtime analysis.
Liaise with design/engineering team for mold setup and casting sequence.
Coordinate logistics for product delivery and erection planning.

3. Required Qualifications
Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Minimum 10 years in precast/concrete manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of concrete mix design, precast production, and erection methods.
Familiar with AutoCAD, shop drawings, and batching systems (e.g., SIMEM, ELBA, Schwing).
Understanding of QC/QA processes, ISO standards, and HSE practices.

Exposure to ERP-based production tracking or AI/digital monitoring systems.

Pay: RM15,000.00 - RM20,000.00 per month
