Job Ttile: Precast Engineer
Descriptions:
These precast engineers must

• either worked in structural consultant firm, main contractor, structural sub-contractor for concrete structure building works or precaster.
• be familiar with consultants structural and architectural drawing for building works.
• identify the geometrical outline of the concrete structural component from the consultants structural and architectural drawing
• be well verse in steel reinforcement detailing within the concrete structural element extracted from the consultants structural drawing

Requirements:

• who worked at upstream stage of precast shop drawing, who knows how to generate the precast shop drawing guided by consultants structural and architectural drawing.
• Or worked as site/project engineer for main contractor/ builder/ contracting sub-contractor for concrete building structure works, utilizing consultants structural and architectural drawing to lead worker to construct concrete structural building. Not the ones arrange manpower resources or facilitates construction/ qc documents.
• Or worked in consultant firms generating/ issuing structural and construction drawing.

Must Have requirements for this role:

• Minimum 3 years of working experience coordinating/ supervising drafters on precast shop drawings with steel reinforcement detailing for concrete building components
• Or Minimum 3 years of working experience coordinating/ supervising using concrete structural drawing or construction drawing for reinforced concrete building projects.
• Proficient in AutoCAD & MS Office
• Ability to utilise consultants structural and architectural drawing to propose precast shop drawing or person in charge for producing construction drawing for concrete staircase, column, beam, wall and slab.
