Job Description

We are looking for a
Precision Engineering & Continuous Improvement Engineer
to enhance manufacturing processes, tooling, and CNC operations while driving operational efficiency.Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and update stamping and sheet metal forming processes. Design and maintain tooling, die-sets, fixtures, and gauges. Manage special processes including Heat Treatment, Brazing, EDM, Shot Peening, and Welding. Conduct pre-production pilot runs and train associates. Support continuous improvement initiatives and RFQ proposal development. Maintain CNC machines and troubleshoot issues. Collaborate with OEMs to meet technical and product specifications.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years' experience in precision or aerospace manufacturing. CAD/CAM skills (Siemens NX/Unigraphics preferred). CNC programming, Milling, and Turning knowledge. Knowledge of tooling design and special manufacturing processes.
