To design and develop Keysight General Purpose test and measurement instrument such as DMM, Power Supply, Electronic Load, Data Acquisition System (DAQ) and Arbitrary Function Generator. About the Team: You will be part of the dynamic and capable team consisting of hardware, firmware and software engineers deploying the latest hardware architecture and real-time operating system to develop hardware components for Keysight measurement instrument. Job Responsibilities: Work with System design-lead to define and develop instrument system architecture according to product specifications and scopes. Designing and developing FPGA/CPLD design for Keysight test and measurement instrument. Design activities involving in microprocessor and micro-controller base subsystem, DSP, glue logic, functional specific, inter-IC IO interface design (eg, PCIe, SPI, I2S, JESD204B, ), high speed memory interface, DMA, multi-clock domain & PLLs block design. Occasionally you may need to involve in Hardware circuit design depending on the nature of project. Work closely with project manager to ensure hardware design meeting the intended system performance, project cost and schedule. Conduct investigation and feasibility study during the early stage of Product Life Cycle. Provide technical expertise to support customer service and manufacturing engineering teams to ensure all NPIs are having proper engineering supports. Promote good design practice and optimize reusable design block. Play actively role in refining and improve FPGA/hardware design process. Develop FPGA/hardware design document to promote consistent design practices and process. Job Qualifications Basic Qualifications: . Bachelor\'s Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Computer/Communication Engineering. . Good working experience in hardware design and development cycle. . Demonstrate good knowledge, analytical skills and understanding in analog, digital and mixed signal circuit design and troubleshooting. . Experience in performing hardware and firmware/software system integration work. . Experience in using EDA tools (eg. LTspice, PSpice, Hyperlynx, Mathlab, Xilinx ISE/Vivado, Intel Quartus and others) for design simulation and verification. . Demonstrate the ability as a good leader of the team, working independently, self-motivated with consistent drive to improve hardware design and design processes. . Good organizational, planning and communication skills. . Good command in written and spoken English. . Minimum 7 years of FPGA design experience. Desired Qualifications: . Ph.D/Master Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Computer/Communication Engineering. . Strong understanding and experience in whole product development cycle. . Advanced working experiences in performing hardware and software system integration tasks. . Well verse in latest technology trends and development, may involving in product platform roadmap and future design direction. . Good knowledge in understanding customer applications and provide optimum instrument hardware design. . Good multi-disciplines (HW, SW, FW, ME) development knowledge, work closely and usually lead the development team in developing the overall instrument system. . Good working knowledge in programming languages such as, Agilent VEE, C, C++, C#. . Demonstrate leadership skill working with cross discipline teams in whole product development project.
