Performing software diagnostics to detect any battery or electrical system errors.
2. Electric Powertrain & Performance Testing
Ensuring electric motor(s) function smoothly with no abnormal noise or vibration.
Checking regenerative braking system functionality.
Testing drive modes, throttle response, and overall vehicle performance.
Inspecting thermal management systems for battery and motor cooling.
3. Software & Infotainment System Validation
Verifying that the latest software updates and firmware are installed.
Checking connectivity features (Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, mobile apps, navigation).
Ensuring driver-assist systems (ADAS, autopilot, parking assist) function correctly.
4. Safety & Compliance Checks
Testing airbags, seatbelts, and crash sensors.
Ensuring high-voltage warning labels and safety indicators are correctly placed.
Verifying compliance with EV-specific safety regulations.
5. Road Test & Final Inspection
Conducting a test drive to assess acceleration, braking, and overall smoothness.
Ensuring the vehicle's estimated range aligns with specifications.
Checking that all warning lights, dashboard displays, and error codes are clear.
6. Final Preparation for Delivery
Cleaning the vehicle and removing protective films.
Providing customers with charging instructions and vehicle operation guidance.
Ensuring all necessary documents, including EV-specific warranties and manuals, are included.
