Lead management to generate and qualify sales lead opportunities to drive profitable sales growth
Customer qualification - to identify sales opportunities within Portfolio, ensuring that the largest opportunities for growth are prioritized accordingly.
Account Development Plan: to create a specific plan of action for managing Portfolio customers that is maintained on a quarterly basis, relating to the local business strategy.
Calls and visits; deliver sales, leads, margin growth, insights and contact acquisition through telephone conversations and face to face visits.
Quotations and discount investment; demonstrate strong commercial awareness, ensuring that sales targets and business needs are aligned with customer expectations.
Use of initiative to identify and develop opportunities with companies not currently on the database.
Contribute to a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement through regular one-to-ones, team meetings and ad hoc feedback.
Liaise effectively across functions to ensure customers are delighted.
Achieve sales targets and other specified metrics.
To effectively use the company value proposition to differentiate company from our competitors in the minds of their contacts.
Prefer candidate with experience in Offshore & MRO industry, including Electronic/Automation markets.
Work closely with other functional business areas, and supplier partners to achieve synergy
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
Diploma or Degree in Electronics, Electrical or Mechanical, Business Admin, Marketing
Min of 5 years of strong Sales /Business Development / Key Account Management / Customer Facing experience in Electronic/Automation industries/markets or distribution type of business or relevant with industry with proven track record of achievements
Strong communication skill or babble to communicate confidently and effectively at all levels of the business.
Being independent, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision. The candidate will need to strategies, plan, and execute sales activities to meet and exceed the targets.
This is primarily an individual contributor role. Not required people management experience but people handling internally and externally
A good understanding of Microsoft Office and experience working in an SAP office environment would be an advantage.
Able to evidence value added selling, contract negotiation and contract compliance
