Assist CEO in all pre-sales, sales, and tender-related matters
Prepare company and product/service presentations
Maintain professional communication with clients and partners
Participate in tender preparation and documentation
Attend tender briefings or site visits (in or out of Shah Alam) when required
Coordinate with internal and external teams for technical and pricing inputs
Monitor and report tender or sales pipeline progress to CEO
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Business, IT, or related field
Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in sales, pre-sales, or tender coordination
Strong interest or background in IT / System Integration (SI) industry
Able to work independently and take initiative
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Trustworthy, efficient, and dependable under pressure
Confident in dealing with senior and/or higher management
Willing to travel for tender briefings or site visits using own transport (claimable)
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
