Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Entry-level position suitable for fresh graduates with a strong interest in enterprise IT solutions and presales.
  • Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin to effectively communicate with a diverse range of clients and colleagues.
  • Solid understanding of enterprise IT solutions and open-source system integration concepts, with a willingness to learn and expand product knowledge.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively articulate the value proposition of enterprise solutions to prospective clients.
  • Demonstrated strategic prospecting skills to identify and qualify potential leads and opportunities within the enterprise market.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication, responsiveness, and a customer-centric approach.
  • Willingness to work onsite in Kuala Lumpur and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies, industry trends, and competitive landscapes within the enterprise IT solutions market.
Responsibilities
  • Assist the sales team in identifying and qualifying sales opportunities by understanding customer needs and aligning them with enterprise solutions.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the value proposition of our enterprise solutions.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to develop and propose customized solutions that address specific customer requirements and business challenges.
  • Conduct thorough research on potential clients and their industries to identify key decision-makers and understand their business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing ongoing support and guidance throughout the sales process.
  • Prepare detailed proposals, quotations, and other sales-related documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends, technologies, and competitive landscape to effectively position our enterprise solutions.
  • Actively participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and other professional development activities to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
