Stay updated on

industry standards, trends, best practices,

and emerging technologies in the IT sector. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, gaining a deep understanding of their business challenges and objectives. Collaborate with

Sales and System Support teams

to analyze customer needs and propose customized IT solutions. Manage multiple customer profiles, preparing and reviewing proposals, and creating technical documentation for follow-ups. Work closely with internal and external teams to improve the quality of solution proposals through regular collaboration and education. Conduct

solution demonstrations

to showcase the value and functionality of proposed solutions. Handle other projects and tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:

Education & Experience:

Diploma or Degree in

Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering

, or a related field. 2-3 years of experience in

presales

or a technical role within the IT industry.

Technical Skills:

Familiarity with

IT infrastructure, networking, cloud computing, cybersecurity,

and POS systems. Previous experience in

systems engineering, technical consulting,

or knowledge of SQL is an advantage.

Soft Skills:

Excellent presentation and demonstration abilities, with the skill to convey technical information clearly to non-technical audiences. Strong multitasking and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Independent, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision.

Language Proficiency:

Good command of both written and spoken

English and Malay.

Salary Package:

Basic salary up to RM8000 + allowance, commensurate with experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to RM8,000.00 per month
