Key Responsibilities
Engage directly with government agencies, public sector bodies, and enterprise clients to understand business requirements and pain points.
Design and present technical solutions that align with client needs and compliance requirements, especially for government-related projects.
Prepare and deliver proposals, tenders, solution architecture documents, and technical presentations.
Conduct technical discovery sessions, workshops, and proof-of-concepts to demonstrate solution feasibility.
Collaborate closely with sales, engineering, and project teams to ensure solution alignment and smooth delivery.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant technologies, including AWS cloud services, security best practices, and compliance frameworks.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the public sector to identify new opportunities.
Requirements
Minimum 3-5 years of experience
in a pre-sales, solutions architect, or similar customer-facing technical role.
Proven track record working with
government sector clients, tenders, or public service-related projects
.
Strong understanding of solution design, architecture principles, and proposal development.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly solutions.
AWS cloud experience or certification (Solutions Architect, SysOps Administrator, or equivalent) is a strong plus.
Familiarity with compliance and security requirements for public sector IT projects is an advantage.
Willingness to travel to client sites as required.
