Location: Jalan Sultan Ismail, KL

Working Hour: Mon- Fri, 9am-6pm

Working arrangement: Hybrid (depends on schedule)

Job Responsibilities:

Client Consultation & Solution Design:

Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored technical solutions that drive growth.

Pre-Sales Support:

Collaborate with the sales team to support pre-sales activities, including solution proposals, product demonstrations, and Proof of Concept (POC) projects to ensure successful execution.

Project Coordination:

Manage project planning and delivery to ensure smooth implementation, service quality, and client satisfaction.

Issue Resolution:

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical or operational issues, ensuring timely and effective solutions.

Customer Relationship Management:

Maintain strong relationships with clients through proactive communication and continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or related fields. Candidates with relevant experience may be considered regardless of major.

Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or the IT industry is preferred.

Technical Knowledge:

Strong learning ability with a basic understanding of networks, websites, and Linux systems. Familiarity with network analysis tools, website optimization, or shell scripting is an added advantage.

Soft Skills:

Excellent communication, presentation, and coordination skills. Able to work collaboratively across departments and deliver outstanding client service.

Project Management:

Demonstrated ability to manage project goals, control processes, and ensure successful implementation.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
