As a Pre-Sales Consultant, you will be working closely with the Sales Team on providing technical support and solution idea the Sales team and presenting tailored proposal or solution to customers and/or prospects. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist Sales Managers with qualified opportunities by providing technical support \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist and work closely with Sales Team in approaching new engagements/prospects to qualify the sales opportunity. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist and work closely with Engineering Team during project implementation. \xe2\x80\xa2 Provides technical support and deliver solution to customers or prospects. \xe2\x80\xa2 Work very closely with principal(s) on leads and solutioning. \xe2\x80\xa2 Contribute to and refine technical RFP/RFI responses \xe2\x80\xa2 Recommend and influence market content. \xe2\x80\xa2 Performs other related duties as assigned. \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide an excellent write up, precise Bill of Material for Hardware & Software, specific scope of work, concise timeline & creative in answering compliance questions. \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to work independently and ready to work extra miles when required Requirements: \xe2\x80\xa2 Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent. \xe2\x80\xa2 Minimum 4 years\xe2\x80\x99 Engineering experience or minimum 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience as Presales in Infrastructure which includes Server, Storage, Backup, DR, VMware/HyperV, Security, Microsoft related products \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge and experience in Public or Private Cloud would be advantageous. \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in constructing solution to solve complex issues/problems. \xe2\x80\xa2 Willing to learn and ready to pick up new skills when required. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proactive working attitude and able to resolve issues with minimal impact to the company \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to be a good listener and understand customers\xe2\x80\x99 problems or enquires, and help them solve it \xe2\x80\xa2 Full-Time position(s) available.
