About the Job

Serve as the crucial link between customer needs and technical solutions. You will support the sales team by delivering professional technical consultations, solution designs and product demonstrations to address customer concerns and ensure successful deployment of the company's IT solutions across various data center projects. This role demands both technical expertise and strong interpersonal skills.

Technical Support

Accompany sales teams on client visits to comprehend technical requirements and business challenges, offering preliminary technical advice and solution recommendations.

Solution Design

Develop technical proposals, draft system architecture diagrams, prepare product configuration lists, and provide initial budget estimates based on customer needs.

Product Demonstrations

Conduct Proof of Concept (POC) sessions to clearly showcase product features and advantages while addressing technical inquiries.

Bid Technical Responses

Lead the preparation and response to technical sections in bids, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.

Internal Collaboration

Act as a liaison between sales, products and R&D teams, conveying market feedback and customer requirements.

Continuous Learning

Stay updated on emerging technologies (e.g., liquid cooling, intelligent O&M) and share insights with internal teams.

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications or related fields from a reputable institution. 2 - 5 years in IT technical support, pre-sales consulting, or project implementation. Proficiency in server, storage, networking, virtualization or cloud computing is essential. Data center project experience is preferred. Fresh graduates must possess IT-related internship experience. Solid technical foundation with the ability to quickly grasp complex solutions. Capable of explaining technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences. Fluent English (Mandatory). Proficiency in Malay is required. Basic understanding of Chinese is sufficient. (not required as a working language)

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM13,000.00 per month
