Job Responsibilities

• Work in a positive and supportive environment with a team of dedicated Early Childhood education peers and administrative staff.
• Nurture good manners and characteristics in students and be a positive role model to the children.
• Leading children in activities that provide opportunities for creative expression through the media of art, dramatic play, music and physical fitness;
• Observing children in order to evaluate progress and to detect signs of developmental, emotional or health-related problems;
• Supervising children\xe2\x80\x99s activities to ensure safety and resolve conflicts;
• Guiding and assisting children in the development of proper eating, dressing and toilet habits;
• Discussing progress or problems of children with parents and other staff members and identifying appropriate actions and referrals to other services;
• Lead the team, handle the parents, students and teachers
• Manage the whole school independently

Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Education/Teaching/Training/Early Childhood Education or equivalent. Required language(s): English and Mandarin. Bahasa Malaysia would be an added advantage

• Must have the patience and passion to work with young children.
• Passionately teach the creatively tailored curriculum set by the center as well as create equally creative lesson plans.
• Positive attitude, passionate on collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Build a rapport with parents to establish a two-way communication in regards to the children\xe2\x80\x99s well-being.
• Adaptable to change, able to pivot and find alternate solutions, demonstrated capability in meeting new challenges.
• Good problem solving skills, able to navigate unexpected situations or conditions.
• Critical observer-thinker, bringing fresh perspective and offer intuitive solutions and ideas.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: From RM3,000.00 per month Benefits:

All teachers and students to wear mask and submit self test kit weekly. Ability to commute/relocate:

• Bukit Jalil: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
