Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Assistant Branch Manager to ensure the smooth and effective operation of our educational branch. This role is vital to upholding our standards in service, safety, and team leadership, leveraging your expertise in early childhood development.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with all school policies. Build strong relationships with parents by delivering outstanding service and providing knowledgeable guidance on child development. Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming facility environment. Mentor and coach staff to foster a high-performing, collaborative team. Manage administrative duties for students, staff, and branch reporting. Partner with Sales & Admissions to ensure a seamless experience for new families. Actively contribute to strategic meetings and initiatives. Support HR functions including onboarding, training, and performance reviews.

Key Qualifications:

Proven experience in operations management or a supervisory role within a preschool or early childhood education setting. Knowledge of key childhood developmental milestones and experience applying this in an educational context. Experience with preschool enrollment processes, admissions, and parent communication. Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with parents and staff. Strong leadership and team mentorship abilities. Highly organized with excellent administrative skills

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
