Preschool Experienced Teacher \xc2\xb7 Plan, prepare and deliver lesson plans and instructional materials that facilitate active learning \xc2\xb7 Develops schemes of work, lesson plans and tests that are in accordance with established procedures. \xc2\xb7 Establish and communicate clear objectives for all learning activities \xc2\xb7 Educating children about fundamental concepts, such as colors, letters, numbers, and shapes. \xc2\xb7 Encouraging social interactions between children and improving their self-esteem. \xc2\xb7 Engaging in creative methods of learning, such as arts and crafts, supervised play, and storytelling. \xc2\xb7 Encourage and monitor the progress of individual students and use information to adjust teaching strategies. \xc2\xb7 Planning comprehensive curriculums to address early childhood development needs. \xc2\xb7 Instilling a sense of order and discipline in the classroom. \xc2\xb7 Monitoring free time on the playground. \xc2\xb7 Ensuring the classroom is a clean, safe, and organized environment. \xc2\xb7 Preparing for lessons by gathering materials and setting up workstations. \xc2\xb7 Communicating with parents to better understand the children\'s home lives and psyches. \xc2\xb7 Writing up reports for parents on each child\'s developmental progress.
