- Interest in alternative education methods, particularly Waldorf education.
- No prior teaching experience needed; training will be provided.
- A passion for fostering creativity, connection to nature, and a sense of wonder in children.
- Assist in supporting the daily rhythm of the children's day.
- Help create and maintain a warm, home-like environment that fosters play, imagination, and creativity.
- Prepare and serve wholesome snacks for the children.
- Supervise children during free play, rest times, and guided activities.
- Provide after-school care for children Aged 3 to 6 years, engaging them in meaningful, Age-appropriate activities aligned with Waldorf principles.
- Support children's social, emotional, and physical development with gentle guidance and care.
- Contribute to seasonal and nature-based activities that align with the Waldorf philosophy.
- Work in a nurturing, play-based environment inspired by Waldorf education.
