Requirements:

Relevant experience desirable Relevant qualifications e.g. KAP / Diploma in Early Childhood Education Good English language proficiency, Mandarin an advantage Real commitment to teaching and developing preschool aged children to highest standards Open to new ideas and emerging trends in preschool pedagogy
Responsibilities:

Use variety of activities & instructional methods (Songs, stories, art, structured games) according to the Purple Dragon method Ensure the learning environment and resources are appropriate, safe and clean Track children's performance & progress against Purple Dragon approved childhood development milestones Maintain a professional line of communication with parents according to company SOP
