Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment. Plan and conduct age-appropriate lessons and activities. Support children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development. Manage classroom routines and behaviour using positive discipline. Ensure children's safety, hygiene, and well-being at all times. Observe and record children's progress and development. Communicate effectively with parents through updates and meetings. Work collaboratively with colleagues and participate in school events. Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and a positive attitude.
