Requirements

• Possess a Diploma in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Preschool Teacher.
• Proficiency in classroom management techniques and strategies.
• Demonstrated creativity in developing and implementing engaging lesson plans.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Mandarin.
• Exceptional patience and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with young children and their parents.
• Ability to create a stimulating and nurturing learning environment for preschool-Aged children.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in record-keeping and reporting.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with best practices in early childhood education.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans based on the International School Curriculum, catering to the diverse learning needs of preschool children.
• Create a stimulating and nurturing classroom environment that fosters creativity, exploration, and social-emotional development.
• Utilize effective classroom management techniques to maintain a positive and productive learning atmosphere.
• Observe, assess, and document each child's progress, providing regular feedback to parents and guardians on their child's development.
• Communicate effectively with parents in both English and Mandarin, building strong relationships and fostering collaboration in supporting the child's learning journey.
• Plan and supervise Age-appropriate activities, including arts and crafts, music, storytelling, and outdoor play, to promote holistic development.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in the classroom, adhering to established safety protocols and guidelines.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to plan and implement school-wide events and activities.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and other relevant information.
• Continuously seek professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge in early childhood education.
