Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Montessori Educator to join our early childhood education team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Montessori philosophy and be committed to creating a prepared environment that encourages independence, respect, and holistic development in young children.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement Montessori teaching methods and materials in daily lessons and activities Prepare and maintain a well-organized, child-centered Montessori classroom environment Observe and guide children based on individual interests and developmental needs Foster a calm, respectful, and inclusive learning atmosphere in line with Montessori principles Encourage independence, self-discipline, and responsibility in children Record and track each child's progress through observation and assessments Maintain effective communication with parents/guardians regarding children's development and learning journeys Ensure the safety and well-being of all children at all times Collaborate with other educators and staff for school events, team planning, and continuous improvement Uphold the school's policies and embody Montessori values in professional conduct

Qualifications:

Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field Montessori Certification (e.g., from Montessori Association of Malaysia or equivalent) Experience working in a Montessori classroom (preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for child-led learning Basic understanding of Montessori philosophy and child development stages
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 48 months

Pay: RM1,750.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
