About the Global Digital Hub:
The Global Digital Hub has newly been established within Roche Services & Solutions Center. Our main purpose is to strengthen the digital capabilities of Roche globally by supporting central initiatives with Social Media Management, Brand Support, Digital Publishing Services, Marketing Automation, Copywriting and Creative Design.

About the position:

A Presentation Designer is a professional who specializes in creating visually appealing and impactful presentations. This is a niche design role, and a Presentation Designer\xe2\x80\x99s main responsibility is to uphold brand standards while creating effective, dynamic and well-thought-out internal and external presentations that are readable in multiple formats (e.g. PowerPoint, Google Slides). The responsibilities of a Presentation Designer include selecting appropriate color schemes, fonts, and imagery, creating consistent visual themes, enhancing slide layouts, and incorporating animations and transitions to enhance the overall presentation experience

Your day to day responsibilities are:

Develop visually compelling and engaging presentations that effectively communicate complex information, ideas, and concepts.

Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including subject matter experts, executives, and marketing teams, to understand presentation objectives and requirements.

Design and format slides, incorporating appropriate typography, color schemes, and visual elements to enhance the overall visual appeal and clarity of the content.

Create custom graphics, illustrations, and infographics to visualize data and support key messages in presentations.

Ensure consistency, accuracy, and alignment with brand guidelines in all presentation designs.

Incorporate multimedia elements, such as images, videos, and animations, to enhance the interactivity and impact of presentations.

Adapt and optimize presentations for different platforms and delivery methods, including digital presentations, printouts, and projection.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and revise designs accordingly to ensure alignment with their expectations.

Ensure presentations are accessible and user-friendly, adhering to accessibility guidelines and standards.

As a qualified expert, you have:

3-5 years of professional experience as a Designer, preferably in a creative agency or corporate environment.

Expert proficiency in presentation design software such as Microsoft PowerPoint, Keynote, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) with a strong understanding of slide layouts, transitions, and animations.

Demonstrated ability to create visually impactful and engaging presentations that effectively communicate complex information, ideas, and concepts.

In-depth knowledge of design principles, including typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.

Proven experience in designing and formatting slides, integrating multimedia elements, and creating custom graphics to enhance the visual appeal of presentations.

Strong attention to detail to ensure consistency, accuracy, and alignment with brand guidelines.

Ability to interpret and translate content into compelling visual narratives that resonate with the target audience.

Proficiency in working with data-driven presentations and visualizing data effectively using charts, graphs, and infographics.

Experience collaborating closely with stakeholders, including subject matter experts, executives, and marketing teams, to understand presentation objectives and deliver impactful designs.

Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey design concepts, provide rationale, and incorporate feedback from stakeholders.

Familiarity with interactive presentation tools and technologies (e.g., Prezi, Google Slides) is a plus.
