Key targets of the job profile :

Ensure technical availability and capability of production machineries and equipment according to the company\'s requirements and approved budgets.

Areas of Responsibility : * Quality - Accept the responsibility and striving for excellence in all work processes and outcomes, honouring organization policies and all regulatory requirements.

• Safety & Environment - Understanding and adherence to environmental, safety and health policy, procedures and regulations issued by ESH Department and also to take care of own safety as well as working colleagues within the plant premises.
• Improvement of Technical Availability & Reliability - Implement planned maintenance processes including Preventive (PM) and Planned Repair in order to achieve annual maintenance targets such as MTTR, MTBF and % Breakdown using TPM, MaintainME and Continental tools.

Support execution of RICP projects including GPA, Basics, RPE and Major Repair * Finance - Assist the Maintenance Manager and Maintenance Area Leader to prepare the yearly maintenance budget and ensures its adherence.

Prepares RICP and Major Repair budget for continuous improvement.
Support reduction of energy consumption through good maintenance practices and leakage repair. * Lead people - Directs, administrates and develops Preventive Maintenance team members.

Support CBT 2 and CBT 3 management in absent or PM Manager.
Ensure spare parts availability for PM.
Management of Plant Shutdown, Major Repair, Planned Repair and PM task (daily, weekly, monthly and yearly). * Supplier - Coordinates external suppliers in the plant.

• Networking - Manage PM scheduling with Production Planning & Sequencing

Utilise and provide support within the Continental Maintenance Network.
Contribution to "Lessons Learned" and "Good Practices" Database * Lead and coordinate Layer Engineering Audit (LEA)

Lead workshop management and housekeeping

Qualifications

Required Experience : * Education/Certification - Technical/Engineering Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics or other relevant qualification

• Professional Experience - Minimum 3 years maintenance experience in manufacturing industry.
• Project and/or Process Experience - Participation in machine improvement, refurbishment, upgrade or installation projects.
• Leadership experience - 1 year of team leader role (not mandatory)
• Intercultural / International Experience - Regular international contacts through projects or suppliers.
