Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional new process teams in driving yield improvement, cost optimization and meeting customer expectations.
- Collaborating with R&D during the product development stage to define and develop PFMEA. Take proactive measures to identify and prevent manufacturing & quality issues during MPV & production ramp.
- Perform product data analysis using Six Sigma concepts and tools to identify areas for improvement and effectively resolve any issues related to new products.
- Test development for electrical characterization.
- BSc, MSc or PhD in Engineering (Electronics)
- Self-motivated, self-starter, result-oriented and a team player with strong leadership, interpersonal, & communication skills. Able to work with minimum supervision.
- Candidates with more than 8 years working experience and a strong background in new product engineering and/or test development background will be considered. The ability to interpret electronic circuit diagram and strong understanding of RF electronic components will be added advantage.
- Experience with RF test development, C#, ADS, JMP, Python, Ansys HFSS will be added advantage.
- Strong analytical skills, proficiency in data science, statistics, and familiar with Six Sigma quality concepts and tools.
