Tracking and coordinating sales leads, monitoring progress and providing updates
Monitoring competitor activities and market trends to provide valuable insights to the sales team
Job Requirements :
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with customers and colleagues
Strong customer service skills are needed to handle inquiries, resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction
The ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively and maintain accurate records is crucial
Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
The ability to analyze situations, identify solutions and resolve customer issues is important
A basic understanding of sales principles and freight forwarding will be helpful
